How do I book a trailer?+
Pick the trailer you need, click through to our secure Patriot Hauls listing, choose your dates and book online. It takes a couple of minutes and you can do it any time, day or night.
Is it really contactless and self-serve?+
Yes. Every rental is 100% online. You book online, then use our smart-access system to pick up and drop off in Elgin on your own schedule, with no counter and no waiting around.
What do I need to rent?+
A valid driver's license, valid auto and tow insurance, a credit card for the refundable deposit, and a tow vehicle in good condition that is rated to pull the trailer.
What's included with each trailer?+
Every trailer goes out ready to work with the tools, straps and ramps you need, so you're set the moment you hook up.
Can I rent same-day?+
Often yes. Availability is live on our booking page, so if a trailer is open you can reserve it and pick it up the same day. Book early on busy weekends to lock in what you want.
How does the deposit work?+
A refundable deposit is held on your card and returned after you bring the trailer back on time with no missing equipment or new damage.
